SETWORX was founded by Kit Lewis and Laurie Faerber, two set designers originally from London with backgrounds rooted in the creative industry. Kit has worked in set design for over eight years across fashion, music, commercial projects and events, with Laurie joining him several years later. What began as a shared approach to design gradually grew into SETWORX, a Berlin-based studio that now brings together designers, carpenters, furniture makers and fabricators under one roof.

While the studio has become known for its build capabilities, set design has always remained at the centre of what we do. Every project begins with an idea, a mood, a world to build - and our design process is just as important to us as the final product. Having both the creative and technical sides of the studio working closely together allows ideas to develop naturally from concept through to installation, with a strong focus on detail, atmosphere and functionality.

Today, SETWORX works across everything from fashion campaigns and music videos to large-scale events, custom installations and commercial spaces.
